About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cute Animal Tile Puzzle (the “App”), provided by NEK Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information. The App is a puzzle game with advertising provided by Google AdMob. You do not need an account or need to submit contact details to play. Puzzle gameplay runs on your device, while advertising services process information as described below.

Information used by the App

The App stores your selected difficulty level on your device so it can remember your preference the next time you play. It processes the current puzzle, tile positions, and move count on your device to run the game. These are not sent to us or used to build a profile of you.

The gameplay features do not request your name, email address, contacts, or payment information. Puzzle images are included with the App; it does not access your photo library or use your camera or microphone. The App does not request precise device location. Advertising services may estimate your general location from your IP address.

Advertising and analytics

The App uses Google AdMob to display App Open ads when opening or returning to the App, interstitial ads between activities, and banner ads.

Google's advertising SDK collects and shares information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on SDK configuration, your settings, and applicable consent, this includes:

• Your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location.
• App and ad interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
• Diagnostic data about app and advertising performance.
• Identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, where applicable, identifiers related to signed-in accounts.

Google receives this information through the SDK. Its advertising partners may also process information to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's policies and any applicable consent message. We use AdMob reports to understand advertising performance. The App does not include a separate gameplay analytics service.

Advertising choices

Ads may be personalized where permitted by your choices and applicable requirements. Where consent is required, we request it before the relevant advertising processing begins. Where applicable, you can review or change your choices, including withdrawing consent, through the App's privacy options.

Device backups and platform services

Your operating system may back up local app settings or transfer them to another device, depending on your device, account, and backup settings. Android backup is enabled for the App. This means your saved difficulty preference may be included in a system backup and restored later.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue you report.

Retention and deletion

Your difficulty preference remains on your device until it is replaced or the App's local data is removed. Uninstalling the App normally removes its local data, but a system backup may remain. Manage or delete backups through your device or backup provider's controls.

Security

Local app settings are stored using the operating system's app storage protections. We do not transmit gameplay data to a developer-operated server. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Children’s privacy

The puzzle gameplay does not ask children to submit personal information and has no accounts or chat. If a parent or guardian has questions about a child’s information, they can contact nekgames.ru@gmail.com.
